"System P" 102.1 FM broadcast from a strategically-situated apartment complex near the top of Seattle's Capitol Hill. On the roof of the building you can clearly see the tripod-mount antenna mast and at the tippy-top is a Comet 5/8-wave antenna. The spots of gray on the mast are rings of duct tape used to secure the antenna cable to the mast.
