Official web site:

Molotov Cocktail's been doin' it DIY-style in the unforgiving NYC scene since I was in high school. This track's pretty straightforward: "F*ck you and your FCC; have you done for me?"

That and the vivid imagery of agency employees in (ahem) somewhat compromising positions, and the quasi-ska interlude, pretty much say it all.

Molotov Cocktail initially released "FCC" in 1999 on their first full length album, put out by (the one and only) CBGB records.
