Conducted on Thursday, September 12, 2002 - the opening day of the National Association of Broadasters' confab - at least six microradio stations simulcast this very pointed parody of local Clear Channel station 95.7 KJR-FM.

While the schtick revolves around a ficticious DJ (using actual KJR jingles, drops and promo recordings) lambasting the station for sneaking several 1980's hits into a playlist that only claims the best from the 60's and 70's, Jack Diekobisc (actually a member of the pioneering culture jam collective Negativland) rakes the station, its staff, Clear Channel and the NAB over the coals for sucking the life out of radio.

This 24-minute loop ran from noon through seven PM on Thursday - certainly confusing and enlightening many of Seattle's commuters during the afternoon drive home.
